Organized exposure visit for the Out of School learners of RSTC (Residential Special Training Centre) on 24th Dec. Trip started with breakfast and flagging off the contingent from HQ, followed by visit to Barak Valley Engineering College. Then the group went to Sonbeel for an open art competition
